• Real-time vehicle location data, collected from driver devices while a trip is active, used to power live tracking and ETAs
• Student roster information (such as name and assigned route/stop), provided to us by the partner institution to enable the service
• Parent/guardian contact details, used solely to deliver trip alerts and notifications
• Driver verification details collected during onboarding

This data is owned and controlled by the partner institution (school or university) that deploys Yaan Drishya. KAVAYA processes it on the institution's behalf and does not use student or location data for advertising or share it with unrelated third parties. Institutions using Yaan Drishya are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from parents/guardians as required under applicable law.

5. Sharing of Information

We may share your information with:

• Service providers who help us operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website, products, and services (such as cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing, customer support, analytics, and infrastructure providers), all of whom are bound by appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.
